Privacy Policy

"We", "us", "our" refers to the developer. "You", "your" refers to the person or organization downloading and using Classroom Manager. "This program" refers to the current and all previous versions of Classroom Manager.

This Privacy Policy covers how we treat your personal data. By using Classroom Manager, you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this document, and you hereby consent to any information collected to be used as described in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT WE HAVE ACCESS TO

This section lists all information used by this program and which pieces of information we have access to.

We do not have access to information entered in to Classroom Manager:

Student name and birthday
Guardian name, phone, and email
Your organization's name and contact information
Any other information you enter in any portion of this program

We do not have access to credentials entered in to the program's properties file:

Twilio API information
Acuity Scheduling API information

Java and MySQL, Twilio, and Acuity Scheduling are external services used by this program. We do not have access to any information provided to these organizations. Please visit their respective websites to learn about their Privacy Policies.

There is only one piece of data we have access to, should you choose to provide it: your email address. Classroom Manager has the option to send emails to one Gmail email address. If you wish to enable this capability, we require the email address you will be using.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Providing your Gmail address allows this program to send messages to your email address:

Alerts when this program is re-authenticated through Google
Alerts when a student signs in outside of their scheduled appointment
Attendance logs at the end of each session. (When the email option is disabled, attendance logs are saved locally on your computer.)

Your email address will be used in the "To" and "From" fields of the emails generated by this program.

We will not use your email address for marketing purposes. We will not send any emails to your email address. We will not share your email address with any third party.

The Classroom Manager Privacy Policy will be updated with each new release. The current and all previous privacy policies are provided below. If you have downloaded a previous version of this program, please refer to the corresonding Privacy Policy.
